Our commitment to compliant lead generation under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
VeriSure Leads ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to conducting all lead generation and telemarketing activities in full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations implementing the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and all applicable state telemarketing and consumer protection laws.
This TCPA Compliance Policy applies to all outbound calls, live transfers, inbound pay-per-call campaigns, and web-based lead generation activities conducted by VeriSure Leads and its agents.
VeriSure Leads obtains prior express written consent from all consumers before initiating any outbound telemarketing call, including calls made using automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS) or prerecorded voice messages. Consent is obtained through:
Consent is never bundled as a condition of purchasing any product or service. Consumers may revoke consent at any time through any reasonable method.
VeriSure Leads maintains and regularly updates its suppression files against the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Our lists are scrubbed against the registry no less than every 31 days, as required by law.
In addition to federal DNC compliance, we scrub against all applicable state-level Do Not Call registries for the jurisdictions in which we operate.
We maintain a company-specific internal Do Not Call list. Any consumer who requests not to be called is added to this list within a commercially reasonable timeframe and no later than the timeframe required by applicable law. Internal DNC requests are honored indefinitely.
All outbound telemarketing calls are placed only during permitted hours in compliance with federal and state regulations. Under federal law, calls are made only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the consumer's local time zone. Where state law imposes more restrictive calling hours, VeriSure Leads adheres to the more restrictive standard.
All outbound calls made by VeriSure Leads transmit accurate Caller ID information, including a valid telephone number and, where technically feasible, the name of VeriSure Leads or the specific campaign identifier. At the beginning of each call, our agents identify themselves, the company they represent, and the purpose of the call, as required by the TSR and applicable state law.
VeriSure Leads records all outbound and inbound calls for quality assurance, compliance auditing, training, and dispute resolution purposes. All call recordings comply with applicable federal and state wiretapping and recording consent laws. Where two-party or all-party consent is required, our agents provide the necessary disclosures at the beginning of each call.
All VeriSure Leads agents undergo mandatory TCPA and compliance training before handling any consumer calls. Training covers:
Ongoing refresher training is conducted periodically, and agents are subject to call monitoring and quality reviews.
VeriSure Leads maintains records of consumer consent, including TrustedForm certificates, consent form screenshots, timestamps, IP addresses, and associated metadata. These records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years or as otherwise required by applicable law and are available for review by Buyers and regulatory authorities upon lawful request.
When conducting live call transfers to Buyers, VeriSure Leads ensures that:
For inbound pay-per-call campaigns operated on Google Ads and Meta platforms, VeriSure Leads complies with all applicable advertising regulations, including FTC advertising disclosure requirements and platform-specific advertising policies. All ad copy, landing pages, and call flows are reviewed for compliance before launch.
Consumers may exercise the following rights at any time:

Notice to Buyers: VeriSure Leads provides leads with documented consent and verified qualification. However, once a lead is delivered to a Buyer, the Buyer assumes sole responsibility for its own compliance with the TCPA, TSR, and all applicable state and federal telemarketing regulations when contacting or communicating with that consumer. VeriSure Leads shall not be liable for any TCPA violations committed by a Buyer after the lead has been delivered.
VeriSure Leads reviews and updates this TCPA Compliance Policy periodically to reflect changes in law, regulation, and company practices. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
